Is 10 pounds of rice enough for 60 taco salads?

I need to make 60 taco salads, and I'm doing brown rice and black beans for the base, got any tips on cooking that much rice in the oven?

i would say yes if it isn't then you'll have to make more or only as much as ten pounds will make

Make sure your pan is deep enough.  That is a lot of water and rice.

The hard part will be to find a tight fitting lid to go on the pan of that size.  You may have to take a large towel and wet it down and put that over the pan and seal it with aluminum foil.  The towel will seal in more of the moisture and seal off any gaps.  I do that on the stove with a kitchen towel never tried it in the oven.

More than enough, each pound when cooked makes at least 8 servings. Lots of pans or do it in shifts.

10 lbs of cooked rice, sure... 10 lbs of dry rice, that's a LOT of rice!!!
