Is 105 lbs too much for a 14 year old girl?

im 105 :-( and im around 5ft and im 13-is this normal??do u think i need to lose weight???if so-i want to get down to 100 lbs

(im asking cause i feel lazy lately and ppl call me fat)

  11. It's perfectly OK, I'm 14 and my weight is 105 too, so I think it's normal! But if you're still unsure, try excersing every morning.

Not at all.  Girls tend to gain a little weight around that age anyways.  But 105 at 5' is not fat.  If you're really that concerned though, focus on being healthy- eat your veggies & avoid sugars and fats, and maybe take up a sport or something.  But it sounds like you really don't have anything to worry about.  And don't worry, you're not the only one that's self concious.  14 is a rough age, unfortunately =/

  19. Yes, It is normal, don't fret. :D And you don't need to lose weight at your age, please.

    But If you want to get taller, do a lot of jump roping or stretch with your arms straight up and stretching side to side.

    I guess... if you honestly, really want to lose weight... the best way is following a good diet.

    Avoid fast food and sugary food. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and don't eat too much meat in the same week.

    Eat a lot in the morning, enough for the afternoon, and hardly during dinner. Learn to starve yourself at night.

    Don't really eat too many snacks and if you're feeling hungry in between, drink water.

    Also, walk everyday or stretch. Avoid sitting around for too long and eating. Do not exercise right after eating!!!

    For thighs, I'd say do a lot of leg stretchs. Lunges and mountain climber or something of the sort.

  20. Go onto health.org and enter your weight, age, gender, and height. It can give you an approximate BMI and tell you if your under, correct, or over weight. Otherwise see a doctor if you feel your overweight.

  24. i am 14 a girl 5.1"  and weigh 125 and i am very athletic i run cross county witch is at least 2 miles a day and i play basketball year round...... some times i look in the mirror and wonder but you have to remember that its not always wat the scale says its if you are happy w/ your self.

  25. No. 105 pounds is fine. You BMI (Body mass index) would be a bit under 20 - which is UNDERWEIGHT. 25 is normal. So - eat a d**n sammich and stop obsessing over weight.  

  26. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, never let anyone get to you. Look at yourself, are you happy with what you see? Don't judge yourself by what you see in magazines, I would say don't judge yourself at all but we are only human. If other people call you fat, or ugly or anything who cares? You know who you are, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you think of yourself as lazy try something new and fun, think about what you like, maybe look up a new sport or some sort of dancing or even make up your own.

  27. 105@ 14 ur kidding why would people call u fat my god my friend weighs 103 and she will be 18 in a few days she looks like she is on crack u don't need to look really skinny and then you don't need to look fat i am 20 yrs old i weigh 216 but i am muscle my ex- bff ways 218 she looks like she is 300-400 pounds standing next to me becaus eshe is fat.

    just remember muscle weighs way more then fat so if you are all muscle then your fgopnna weigh more but u can be fat and look fat and not weigh all that much

  28. 105 pounds is not a lot for a 5 foot tall female, but if you want to feel healthy and less lazy exercise take walks, ride a bike just the exercise will help you feel better.
