  1. its never late to learn something! you just got to work at it. set up a goal. write it down on paper it works alot better if you have a visual goal. never give up. i promise if you just work at it you can achieve it. GOOD LUCK!

  2. i was 13 before i started taking any real training in ballet. it's never too late to start or restart something you love! maybe have her start in a beginning class to get her basics back into her head, but once she's confident she remembers everything well enough to move on, put her in a class that you feel she's ready to be in. just an idea...hope this helps!

  3. It is not. It is NEVER TOO LATE! ;)

  4. No it's not too late. I started ballet at 15. Flexibility comes back after doing those splits constantly.

  5. Absolutely Not.  You're Never too Old To Start Or In This Case, Re-Start.

She Should Just Stretch Every Night To Get Her Flexibility Back.

She Will Have To Work Harder Than The Others To Learn The New Exercises Too.

  6. noo, if she starts now she'll be flexible like she used to be so its not too late at all

  7. Ok, firstly, she's eleven! She's just a baby! Secondly, she has only had 2 years off of ballet. I think she, being young, should still be able to work up to an extremely high standard. Ensure she gets excellent training, and begin stretching daily.

  8. stretch everyday, right, left, and middle splits. it will take some work to keep up. i'm 13 and have been dancing for ten years straight so idk what to tell you. don't give up.

  9. no
