  1. no you are not underweight or overweight. you are right at the ideal weight for your height.

    if you are worried about flab, try doing some lean muscle weight lifting (no more than 3 pounds)

  3. Not at all. I am 13, too and am 86.5 pounds. You are not overweight, you are not underweight. It is completely normal to have friends that weigh more/less than you do because this is when your body grows, and everybody does it at different times. It's best not to worry about weight untill you are older.

  6. no way! I'm 14 and 115 now. dont stress it so much, society these days makes it uncomforatble to be yourself. honestly, if you're happy with your body, stay that way. otherwise, your bmi is pretty healthy

  8. No I'm 5'01 and weigh 115 pounds and my doctor says im in the middle of underweight and normal weigh.
