Is $112,000.00 enough to live comfortably in Seattle or Bellevue?

I am relocating from Denver to Seattle. Would $112,000 be enough to live comfortably? I heard Seattle is really expensive. I am in my 30's and I would like to rent in Queen Anne.

Welcome to Seattle!  I think you will be just fine and comfortable.  If you are considering buying a home, you may want to look outside of the city of Seattle because homes are less expensive east and south of the city.

My brother in law recently moved to Bremerton. He makes $70,000 and just bought a house. He seems to have all the creature comforts he needs, but he is single.....hope this helps.
