Twelve inches is about twice the usual length for an adult erect p***s.  If you actually have this size you will have to be extra careful when you have s*x with anyone using your p***s because all the body openings have a curve or valve in them before 12 inches.  You will have to restrain your reflexive urge to sink all of your p***s in.  Your first experiences should be with an older experienced person who can teach you how to use such a long tool without hurting your partner.  But at 14, you don't have to worry about that for a few years at least.

EDIT:  livinglovinglaughingxalways, I think it's very unlikely that he really has a 12 inch p***s at age 14, but he might know someone who does, or he might think it's going to get that big.  I don't mind sharing information even if it makes me look gullible.
