  1. very acceptable , it's medium .

  2. I  am assuming you mean the price for the exam for contact lenses and a health assessment, not including the contact lenses themselves.  If so, that's very reasonable, it costs more than that in my area...

  3. It does seem a teeny bit pricy.

  4. It depends on what kind of contacts you are getting and how difficult the fit is. In my doctor's office this is unheard of. The lowest we go is $115 for the eye exam (complete, medical eye exam) $80 for a simple contact lense fit (daily wear, clear, no astigmatism, prior wearer) and the contacts are extra. We fit many people, and many are hard to fit that have $200 fitting fees for torics, colors, multifocals, etc. But then again, the doctor I work for does many hard to fit cases, and he fits many people who have been told by other doctors that their Rx just could not be done. He does advanced contct lense fitting with spectacular results. I would say, from my standpoint that you are getting off pretty cheap.
