Is 12:00 at nite to 10:00 in the morning enough hours sleep for a 18 yr old?

You are supposed to get 8-10 hours... And you are getting 10.  So yes, you are fine.  However, some of your sleep may be being compromised because you are going to bed so late.  When you stay up late like that, your body just keeps needing more and more sleep.  Try going to bed at 9 or 10 and waking up earlier... You probably will feel better rested.

10 hours of sleep is too much for anybody. If you go to bed at 12, you need to be up at 7 anyway, if you start it, it will be easy for you to do.

MORE than enough!  At 18, I was getting to bed at 3am, from a nightclub, then getting up at 8 to go to work all day, and doing that about 3 times a week
