Is 13 to young for a belly ring??? ?

  1. Welll maybe 13 is a little too young, and i know everyone is saying it, but there IS a real risk of infection.

    However, i know a girl who was 12 when she had hers pierced.

  5. I got one when I was 12 and I hate it now. Like really hate it. Especially because when I went through puberty it kind of grew to my belly shape and now I have a completely deformed belly button.

    So my friends tell me I can never take it out.

    I also think it hurts more, because your so much smaller and if your like me much thinner. I think its better to get it when your a bit more mature.

    You probably have good parents for not letting you get one. I have a terrible mother, who let me get one when I was still in primary school. I would really advice not to get one. I know they seem cool but you get over them eventually.

    Wait until you're 16 and can get it without parental consent (in England anyway), then you can be totally sure you want it as well.

    I wanted mine since I was 14 but waited until I was 16 - I know people who've got piercings done when they were younger and regretted it.

  8. no offence but i think it just doesn't look good on 13 year olds like it does on 18 year olds. they're used to be a girl in my school, she was 12 and got het belly button peirced and it looked so weird on her. like out of place.

  10. sorta young, but you need a parents consent before doing it.  So um try sticking to clip on ones? lol. But DO NOT do it yourself.
