  1. Very good mine is 137, not bad for a older

  2. Yes, good enough to get into Mensa and is considered very superior intellegence.

  3. It's good, yes :)

  4. i think so

  5. There are two IQ scales so it's hard to say. A lot of people think they're super smart when actually they are nothing special e.g. a guy who says he has a 150 IQ is a rarity on one scale (one in two and a quarter thousand) and commonplace on the other (one in fifty).

On the old (e.g. Wechsler) scale you would be at (132-100)/15 = 2.13 standard deviations above average... So one out of every 60 people would be as smart as you or smarter. My take would be that if you were this smart you would have a very bright future as you would be as bright as many go getters without being nerd material...

On the newer and more popular (e.g. Mensa) scale you are at (132-100)/24 = 1.33 standard deviations above average... So one out of every 10 people would be as smart as you or smarter. My take would be that if you were this smart you shouldn't get too excited and should be careful as people who are brighter than you would be quite common, but at least you would not be stupid... Mensa of course created the IQ inflation for marketing reasons!

P.S. Average IQ is supposed to be 100 by the old definition but people tend to score higher on older tests so the person who claims the average IQ in the UK is 120 could be correct. If so 132 is even less impressive - sorry.

  6. i think 120 is around the average iq in the uk so it is good

  7. It's good as IQs go.  But IQ doesn't measure anything important

  8. In my experience most 132-ers are just smart enough to realize that they are bright, but not smart enough to realize that nobody else wants to hear about it.

  9. Pretty good
