I went to a personal trainer who did a biometrics summary and said I had 135lbs. of lean mass. So if I get down to 140-145lbs. will I look ripped or normal?

  2. 135 pounds is quite a lot for a woman your height, but I bet you look great. Women are not really capable of bulky musculature anyway, it's to do with muscle fibres, hormones and genetics. Unless you take roids or testosterone :P I'm currently at 221lbs, myself, male, 6'4". I seriously doubt you will ever look ripped. Female bodybuilders take all kinds of drugs and supplements to look the way they do. Strong muscles and large muscles are two different things. If you're natural, then chances are your muscles are not bulky at all, but long, lean, and natural. Oversized muscles are the result of bad training and "cheating".

  3. if it's still possible for your age try to become taller if not lose a little bit

  4. Wow, that's very high. But it wouldn't be unusual if you were say 200lb. When you lose fat you will also lose some of that lean mass.

You cannot achieve 140lb-145lb with 135lb of lean mass. As a female, your body just will not allow it. Women should not go below 12%-15% body fat for health reasons. The only women I've seen leaner that this (6%-10% body fat) are pro-female body builders during a competition, but they certainly do not maintain that level of leaness.
