  1. um no not at all thats probably like a normal day in my area its not uncommon to have 30 mph winds =] don't worry about it


  2. Not not really. 75 mph- 95 mph is category 1 hurricane.

  4. Actually common winds range from 10 to 30 mph, these can be a average sea breeze. According to the National Weather Service sustained winds 35-39 mph is Wind Advisory level meaning that these winds need to be monitored for possible driving hazard. High Wind Criteria is the worst with sustained winds of 40-115 mph. Extreme High Wind criteria is 115 mph or faster.
