Is 14 years old too young to go under computer hypnosis?

Question

So i have severe anxiety and i take 20 MGS of prozac. ." And "Those who should consult a physician before the use of this product include: individuals under the influence of medication or drugs."

Im on perscripted drugs. I already did one hypsosis. What could happen?Please tell me ANYTHING you know about hypnosis. Thanks. Im 14.

haha..love the statment after "prozac". well it has been proven that people have had very good results after going under hypnosis for ailments, such as weight loss, or smoking or alcholism. i've never heard of anxiety hypnosis though. i think you might be a little too young to do that though...i wouldn't resort to hypnosis (yet). if the medication that you are currently taking isn't helping you enough, then you need to talk to your doctor about it, and maybe he/she can prescribe something stronger than prozac, or another version of it that is more potent.

If you are working with a hypnotherapist  You should have little or no problems. If nothing else you will learn to relax and that for you may be something very valuable indeed.

If you are working with a computer How do you watch the screen with your eyes shut?

do not depend on commercial CDs/Mp-3, etc you need one made to cover your situation  exactly.
