Is 15 minutes of exercise each day good enough?

I do 10 minutes (1Km) on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the bike. I also do 5 reps of push up turns (you do a pushup and then turn on one side balancing on one hand). Do you think that is ok?

  1. if you ask me i would use 15 minutes doing interval training and another 30 minutes doing pilates


  2. the recommended for a while there was 30 mins a day of exercise, but now the recommendation is 60 mins.

    it really depends on what your fitness goals are. for example, weight loss takes a different approach than muscle gain (cardio vs free weights etc). diet also plays a huge role in personal fitness..you are what you eat, as the saying goes..

    think about doing some research online- try bodybuilding.com , or getting in touch with a personal trainer

  5. its good if you keep doing it and you dont eat a lot after exercising
