  1. For me @ 16yo yes. I was far too immature, and there is no way I could have handled it. I was only allowed to date at 16yo, and I was followed everywhere, and my Guardian's owned guns.

It is YOUR body, and you are the only one who can say Yes or No. I think in asking this, your still unsure. I know I didn't have to ask, when I was ready.

Just be careful and use protection.

  2. not too young

  3. 16 is way too young.

  4. I think so. It's really not worth it. It's great that the two people involved have discussed it, but more times than not you regret it after wards.  Education is the key. Weigh the pros and cons. Also know that regardless of what he may tell you, know one can ever guarantee they'll always be around.  The most important question to ask yourself is: "If I get pregnant can I stand to have this person in my life forever?

  5. Yes, sixteen is to young. If you aren't financially stable (which I'm guessing your not), you shouldn't be having s*x. Even with protection, it's still possible to become pregnant. Then, thats unfair for the baby. Why would you want to anyways? Please don't, hope I helped!

  6. Yes 16 is too young. At 16 you cannot deal with the consequences of s*x IE BABY! You can't afford a baby at 16. You should wait there is plenty of time to do grown up things later on.

  7. In my own opinion you're ready to have s*x when you can handle the consequences that can come with s*x. Pregnancy, STD's, etc.

  8. Id have to say it is okay! Only beacuse i was 15 so i cant say it isnt okay when i myself did it!  Most parents are gonna so your still too young and being a parent i feel that same way about my own kids!  Regardless of what people say you are going to do what YOU want..my only advise is be smart about it...protection is the key!

I have some health issues and at 14 i was told it would be VERY hard if at all possible to have kids...fell in love and had a baby at 16! PRotect yourself no matter what ya hear and what guys say to you!!!

  9. I think your too young because 16 is still considered a child, and children should not be having s*x. the llegal age to do this is 21, when u become an adult. even better is to wait for marriage. u have ur whole life to do that, dont get involved with s*x now. if something goes wrong u could end up pregnant or with a std.

  10. no its not to young if the girl is ready to take on the responsabilites and emotions that s*x brings.

  11. Yes it is too young. What you should be asking yourself is, are you ready for some of the possible consequences, like getting pregnant? If you're not, then don't have s*x.

  12. The average age for losing your virginity is 16.3. And the point is, it's your (or whoever's) body. It IS too young if A. You don't know what your plan of action would be if you got pregnant, B. You're not willing to talk to a doctor about things like the morning after pill, etc. C. You don't want it as much as your boyfriend, D. You're dumb enough to think that you can ever not use protection, or that pulling out will work, or you're too embarassed to buy condoms.

  13. NA!! 16 is coo. i have s*x everyday and im 16! its great

  14. Yes, 16 is too young. A 16 year old is not ready to have s*x because the consequences (pregnancy, STDs, emotions) are more than you could ever imagine. You may feel that you are in love with the guy. But a lot of things are going to change when you leave highschool..even the closest of couples have trouble keeping a relationship through college.

  15. i think it woul be wenever your ready

  16. I think it depends on the person.  I personally think 16 is too young for anyone.  You are not mature enough yet emtionally or mentally to handle having s*x, not to mention the consquences if something is to happen (i.e. getting preganant).  I took a Sexuaily class last semester for college and we tlaked abot thigns like this in it all the time and the conclusion was that at 16 guys are really only thinking about getting laid, and girls are usully more emotionally invested in it.  I think that even if you have a serious BF/GF relaitonship there are other things you can to do fulfill sexual satisifcaiton rather then having s*x.  Waiting may seem lame and like there is no point, but really, when you are 16 its all just about hormones?  I waited until I was 18 and graduated from HS for my first time and I was glad I did.  I was al ittle more mature, and if I would have gotten pregannt then I could hadle the rsponsibility a little better.  It all varies from person to person and only they can make the decisons thats right forthem but I think tey really need to think about it and make sure they understand all that s inloved instead of the imemdiate gratification.
