I was watching Ana Ivanovic the other day..totally impressed. I want to be a tennis player now!

I used to play when I was younger, and I'm quite good. I really enjoy the game too.

Is it too late to want to become a professional player..like Ana?

I'm really determined btw.

Ahhhhhh.

And does anyone know HOW to go pro?

Thankyou!

  1. I once watched a show where kids played tennis, its REALLY tough. Go to your local club and they will improve your game and when your good enough they will enter you for national contests and you can get scouted for a schollership from there. Its not too late, but b warned it will cost alot and you will have to work REALLY hard.

  2. not impossible, but you should be the #1 player in your high school to begin with, and then be winning alot of the local and state tournaments to be one of the top players in the world.

You should be hiring a professional coach to get you to that next level from high school phenom to pro.

  3. No. Determination, potential, and intelligence is all it takes. And I'm sure you have all of those three things. (same situation).

  4. well lets start here:

You have to BE Very determined about this - optimistic and competitive

then you need to have money or find a sponsor

  5. Well it's never too late. What's important is to be and stay motivated, focused, and do your best! Improve your game and voila, it's not impossible for you to become a pro like Ana. I know it'll be difficult and it'll cost you a lot, both money and energy, but if this is what you really want, then fight for it. Goodluck! :)

  6. its NEVER too late

  7. It's never to late, but it takes hard work

look on the site  United states professional tennis association
