no not at all for disney,actually most of the people on disney our over  16. example everone in highschool musical is over 18. Vanessa Hudgins was the youngest being 18.

if you have no experience or training and no agent?? then im sorry but you wont be on disney channel as a teenager and disney channel isnt really acting any way its merchandising none of the kids you see on there now will ever make it in the real world of acting

now its never too old to start acting!! many stars today started in college or even after so dont worry!! just get some experience and trianing at school or in your community theater and then keep building your resume until you are ready to get an agent its a hard ride so only get into this if you acting is your life!! none of this i want to be famous c**p because that wont get you any where if you love acting and becoming different characters and it makes you happy to entertain people then go for it!! but if you want to be famous...........well then do it another way because if you dont have a passion for acting no one will be willing to work with you
