  1. I think the first answerer gave you all you need, but here is some additional information-

    1bit=8 bytes (i think)

    1000 bytes= 1 kilobyte

    1000kilobytes= 1 megabyte

    1000 megabytes = 1 gigabyte

    1000 gigabytes = 1 terrabyte

  2. Cisco certification-http://ccietutorials.com/

  3. Ok, Yes it'll be slow.

    17,000KB is 17MByte (Forgetting bad things about rounding stuff off.)

    usually it goes mostly like this

    1000 KByte (Kilo)

    1000,000 MByte (Meg)

    1000,000,000 GByte (Gig)

    Sometimes 1000 becomes 1024, but mostly its like this.

    17MByte is a small program these days.

    BTW: 17MByte is 17 times as big as 1 MByte.

    It may take 17 times a long time & use 17 times "a lot of memory"

  4. 17,000 KB = 17 MB.

    The photoshop program is usually about 500 or 600 MB - if the one you are downloading is 17 MB it is most likely a virus. Unless you are talking about a photoshop EXTENSION; then it would be ok.
