yeah technically becuase it has teen on the end for a reason

20 is when you become an adult and not a teenager

but many times 18 is considered adult hood becuase you tend to start your own life

Well I personally think 18 is still a teenager, even though you are legal. You are still not able to do everything!

Yes, technically you're a teenager until you're twenty. Legally, you're an adult for many purposes, but not all. Those laws vary from state to state. Ironically, one of the last places to accept you as an adult is a car rental agency. At most major agencies, you must be 25 to rent a car. Weird, huh?
