  1. thats already better than my time and i've been running. (going to be sohpomore in high school)

  2. You need to be down around 15-16 minutes.

  3. that is a reallly really long shot

i mean many guys try for years to lower their time and they know it only gets harder as you get faster

you should start running now though; its never too late!

  4. Well, wat you hav to do is hard core work from now till january, and even then youll still have to work hard.  You will probably hav to wait a year or so if you work hard enough.  You want to get below a 15 minute 5k.  First thing Eat Very Very Healthy (completely cut off any c**p), Second thing Workout and build up ur slow-twitch muscles (Google It), Third thing is running (Run 6 times a week, and 3 days a week do two a days, stretch right, if you dont youll get injured, and also 3 out of those 6 days, make sure to get in speed workouts like running 400's at mile race pace speed, 800's at 1.5 mile pace, and 1200's at 2 mile pace).  Good Luck, Im pulling for you trust me, ive been for the past month wanting to make the olympics in London so ill be having to work just as hard as you.  And this is the way I put it, even if I dont make the olympics I'll b set for life, because running is a life sport.
