It is neither nor good.   It simply means that you have to be 20ft from an object when a person with normal vision can see the object at 120ft.  As long as it can be corrected you are fine.

Well put it this way with that vision you are not legally able to drive.  See your ophthalmologist and get you some glasses or contacts to correct it.
