  1. Yeah..., if you have $75-$200 handy with you!

  2. 20-25 miles per gallon is average.  Not great, but not bad either.

  3. Is paying attention in math class a good idea? I mean why would you ever need to figure math problems in real life? Passing notes and looking at girls is soooo much more important than learning a skill like math. Lets see... gas is $4.00 a gallon and someone "said" that this dune buggy gets 20-25 mpg. First you gotta figure what part of your allowance you can spend on gas... then what part you'll have to spend on warm clothing for the winter while driving your WISE investment... then what part of your allowance will you need to invest in rain clothing for the days when that wet stuff falls from the sky.

Put it this way... A dune buggy is a toy... not a daily driver. I would think that gas mileage would be the least of your concerns regarding a first vehicle. Do what every other teenager does. Either take the hand-me-down from mom or buy an old Accord with a half million miles on it and drive it another half million. Forget the dune buggy and how "cool" you think it is... Mid January it wont seem so cool and yet it will be exactly that ... so cool that its firgid.

  4. In my opinion, it all depends on the type of car you have. If you have a bigger truck then it's good. But I have a hybrid and can get up to 60mpg....so really, depending on the type of car it could be bad, alright, or good. With a car like a four door Grand Am it is about average to get more towards 25mpg.

  5. In town, it's okay, but out on the open road you need to get better mileage than this!

  6. h**l no, save your money and buy yourself a Geo Metro that gets 50 mpg. Am saving you from high gas prices kid! I know what am talking about, later on your going to regretted.

  7. 20-25 mpg is pretty good for a dune buggy.
