  1. Not necessarily.  You may have a very weak prescription if any.  The best way is to go get your eyes tested.

  2. Normal vision can change by that amount hourly. Perfect vision is not perfect all the time. When were stressed we can get a little blurry. When were in unfamiliar circumstances we can get a little blurry. When were sick we can get a little blurry.

Eye doctors offices are stressful and eye doctors charts are designed to be very challenging so that they can give you the tightest prescription. Many people with your vision could take that eye chart outside in the sunlight and see 20/15 in both eyes.

Feel free to breathe, blink, and relax.

Once people get glasses they slide down a slippery slope of more blur and stronger and stronger glasses.

  3. 20/30 is still extremely detailed vision. You do not legally need to wear glasses to drive with vision that good.

However, if you PERSONALLY notice a  lack in your vision and feel that slightly crisper vision may help, yes, you can get glasses.

Please remember, regardless of what you choose, to get your vision tested once a year- so that if it does get worse, you can get glasses right when you need them.

  4. 20/20 means you have a perfect vision  20/30 means you have problems with your right eye and yes you need a corrective lenses that will hwlp you recover your perfect vision

  5. This is really up to you.  I had 20/30 vision in my left eye through most of my childhood.  My doctor prescribed eyeglasses when I was in my teens and my left eye had 20/40 vision.  I did not actually start wearing corrective lenses regularly until I was 30 and my vision in my left eye was 20/50 and I started having problems because of it.

20/30 vision is close to normal and you should not need correction yet.

  6. Yes it is.  Visit a doctor.
