Is $20 enough for a Cracker Barrel gift certificate for 2-people?

It's for a gift exchange at work and the limit is $20. If 20 bucks at CB doesn't go too far than I will consider Perkins. THANKS & Happy Holidays

Not really!  That might get a couple of  breakfasts; but that Cracker Barrel's prices have finally overcame the value and quality that they DID have at one time that made it worth it... NOW,,They're "Rippin Off" everybody that walks through thier doors.. And they never were any big d**n deal; were they...Just a bunch of old metal signs on the walls.  Goober had that at his "Filling Station" on the outskirts of Mayberry, and you could get a "Pop" there for a dime as I recall..IF someone can tell me how to get out of there after the tip, and the taxes, and the seperate beverages menu area..(Coffee's almost 2 bones alone..That's the "Gouge" that keeps  the bottom line where they like it.. When I worked for Bill Harrah at his Casino in Lake Tahoe years ago; he told me, for us, it was our Nickel machines that paid EVERY bill and overhead in the hotel, restaraunts, and Casino Gaming floor, AND, believe it or not., Covered one top name enterainer a week.. Jimmy Durante for istance... Coffee is Cracker Barrel's "Nickel Machines"..  So tell them to bring a thermos of thier own coffee and they'll have just enough..  

I included CB's latest review by the way.Down there, take a look at what  the people are now finally realizing about this huge corperation, that used to be in the "Good food & Service and a Smile".. Those guys sold out appeantly and didn't tell anyone... but "LOUSY" google up a ton of Cracker Barrel complaints just in the last 3 days...And they're prices have just been raised in 4 states,, the rest to Follow,,,WHY??

more than enough. if you gave them more, they'd feel obligated to eat what cracker barrel calls food ... a suggestion: a couple bottles of a nice dry red wine.

they might have to put in for tip..  but its fine..  get the GC for cracker barrel

I would go fro Cracker Barrel because its way better than Perkins!!
