Is 20 too old to dress in Japanese fashion?

By japanese fashion i mean asian fashion really, like korean too. As in kawaii/asian street/harajuku/anime.

Im 19 gonna be 20 in half a year is it ok for me to start dressing like this?

i really <3 my heritage (half asian) and anime/manga/manhwa and would love to express myself ,.

But im becomin older. Is this age ok?

  3. NO, im a fashion student and think that whatever makes you feel good, go for it. Confidence is what matters the most.

In fact, being in your 20s probably gives you a leg up because you&#039;re an adult and you can probably earn enough money to keep up with the trends and you don&#039;t have parents sending you back to your room to change for dressing so outlandishly. I&#039;ve read articles that interviewed some people heavily into egl that were in their 30s, both in Japan and in the US.

    Of course, you probably can&#039;t get away with wearing the very fringe outfits to work or something. There you should follow the company&#039;s dress code, perhaps adding in small elements without drawing too much attention. However, just hanging out or going shopping is fine as long as you&#039;re not afraid of a few odd looks which you would get regardless of your age.
