  1. This is at least 5 times the US RDA for average adult, and yes vitamin A in high doses can be toxic as it is fat-soluble and stored in liver. See link:

Yes!  The tolerable upper limit of vit A is 3000mcg/ 10,000 IU.  That is WAY too much vitamin A, it is a fat soluble vitamin (there are long term stores of vit A in the body), and can cause toxicity symptoms: swelling of the brain, headaches, vomiting, dry flaky skin, hair loss, liver enlargement, birth defects and abnormal bone development.  There is no reason to be taking such a ridiculous amount of vitamin A.
