I think it's personal for everyone.  If you're with someone you love and feel that it's the right time, then go for it.  Don't get married just because it's the "right" time.

I got married at 19 and will be celebrating my fifth anniversary next week.  My husband's grandparents were married at 18 and were separated after over 50 years by his grandmother's passing.  It's all very individual.

No.  What you want at 25 is drastically different than what you want at 30 or 35.  If it were up to me, I'd require lots of counseliing for anyone who wanted to get married before 30.  I think it would cut down on a lot of divorces.
