Is 27.5g of Sugar In A 250ML Drink Too Much Sugar?

I use to drink this carton of juice called Glo every single day at school until I realized how much sugar was in it.

So I'm just wondering is that too much for a 250ML mini carton of juice. And can I get diabetes from it?

  1. Your carb intake should be under 350g a day, so 27.5 isn't all that bad.  Just adds up when you count all the other stuff you eat and drink during the day.


  2. Yes it is too much sugar, especially for juice. But you won't get diabetes from it. Only if your diet consists of a lot of sugar and is over-all unhealthy.
