Is 28 Degrees Celcius hot or just warm?

It is hot, 82.4 degrees Fahrenheit, but I live in Oregon where it is almost always cold, so determining "what's hot and what's cold" are really different for everyone.

Here are two formulas for converting F to C and C to F:

C*1.8+32=F

F-32/1.8=C

Depends on the context.  For British weather that is pretty hot, we rarely get above 32oC in England.  However, I am very skinny and my blood vessels are near the surface so I don't get hot easily.  Saying that, I'd be sweating like crazy if I ran in 32oC heat!

I work a lot with Formic Acid, which boils at 100.8oC, so to Formic Acid that is pretty cold!  Reverse is true for liquid Nitrogen!!

It's hot, to get it into Fahrenheit divide it by 5, multiply it by 9 then add 32.....82.4 degrees so lovely.

It depends what country you are in. In England 28oC his baking! Would be classed as a heat wave....but in Spain i guess they would say it is warm. Body temp is 37oC so if you put your hand 28oC water it would only feel warmish.

23 C is 82.5 F that is quite warm, be careful you could burn in less than 30 minutes.

It's pretty warm ... not "hot" hot.  30 degrees Celsius is about 86 Fahrenheit, if that gives you an idea.

I hate hot weather and I can live with 28 Celsius.

For me, it is "nicely warm", great for picnics or a swim in a lake. In England, it is really hot, summery weather.

my favorite temperatures are between 24 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius 28 is not hot 28 is warm just the right temperature

If you sat out in it, it would be hot....but if you heated water to that temp. and wanted to make a cup of tea, then it would only be warm.
