Is 28 more like a 20 yr. old or a 30 yr. old?

I'm 28, a year and a half until the big 3 0. Over the past three years, some of my points of views have changed. I've been married almost a year now and the maternal instincts have really kicked in over the past year. Where at like 23 I was still wanting to marry and settle but unsure about having a child. Are most 28 yr. olds more sensitive to the needs of others like they say you are around 30? I know I've been for several years. Kinda like a mom. I did most of my partying unil around 24. I'm sure you don't just magically wake up on your 30th b day and drastically change. Do most people in our society do this before or after turning 30.
