Is 3.25 and 1.25 good or bad vision?

The numbers tell you how much variance you have from what is considered to be "perfect" vision, so the closer to zero the better.  But you are not saying what is the + or - in front of the numbers.  A + number means you are farsighted; a - number means you are nearsighted.  My eyes are - .75 and + 2.00 !!  One eye is nearsighted, the other farsighted.  This kind of variance is not as easily corrected because of the difference in image size in the brain (too complicated to go into here!).

As long as you have short-sightedness,it is bad and try to not wear specs. or contact lenses at all.:)

1.25 is pretty low (good).  3.25 is on the low end of moderate.  A rough estimate would be 0.25 to 3.00 is low, 3.00-6.00 is moderate, 6.00+ is high.
