Im not sure if its mg or g but it says 20%. Its in my drink called GNC Performance Whey Protein Complex. I just want to make sure that I will not overdose on it and get sick or get a disease....or die. haha. So it says 20%. How much iron does a person normally get on a daily basis? And added to that would this extra perhaps cause a health threat to a 16 year old or should i be good?
