Is 30 a good ACT score?

i'm hoping to get into ga tech and i don't think it's good enough... i'm nervous about it anyway

the girl above me doenst know anything. that score is within the top 7% ( i think) in the country so good job. check on ACTSTUDENT.ORG for national percentiles.

Yes, 30 is a good ACT score. The national average is around  21. Try checking with the school of interest to see what the average ACT score is.

A word of advice, apply early and apply to several schools.

Also, check with College board for more information, like admission rates for various schools.

Well it's out of 36. So it's decent. About an 83% to look at it that way. In comparison to other scores, above average.
