Is 30 minutes of daily exercise beneficial when TTC?

I've been rather sedentary lately, and this cycle I'm considering adding 30 minutes of daily exercise to my sechedual.. will this be beneficial. I've been TTC for 8 months. Also, I'm adding a large amunt of vitamin supplementation to my diet. Should this help? Suggestions?

  1. when your TTC don't take any other vitamins other than prenatal, unless your doctor has told you too. in this case more vitamins is not better.  


  2. A low glycemic diet is recommended, stay away from sugars.  And the exercise is beneficial, my fertility doc recommends 60 minutes 5 days a week

  3. Both exercise (not too much) and vitamins will help you when ttc.  Also, eating a balanced diet, and not stressing too much!!  A good reference book to read is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"
