Is 30 percent bone loss incurable?

i had dental xrays not a jaw just biting down on about 5 different films he said 30 percent bone loss is that for my tooth or my whole mouthhe is xtracting 2 teeth one dropped significally longer than th eother will i regain strngth in my bon ewill antibiotics kill the infection and taht will stop the bone loss

Antibiotics will help with the infection...but the ONLY way the bone loss will stop is if you prevent the infection and irritation from recurring by brushing and flossing meticulously.  Otherwise, the bone loss will not stop and you will probably end up losing all of your teeth.  Unfortunately, unless you have bone grafting done, the bone you lose is gone forever.  Bone loss isn't reversible.  

    If you can't brush thoroughly twice per day, then having the teeth out earlier rather than later is best because if the bone loss goes on too long, you will have problems getting dentures that fit well.
