  1. Though I like the first guys answer, and do think it would be real Captain Jack of you to ride a boat till it sinks it didn't really answer your question. No 300 hours is actually a really minimal amount of hours for a boat. Granted its not all that old, and all. If it were a good deal I would go for it, boats can go for thousands and thousands of hours, its just like a car in the sense that if you take care of it by doing really just routine maintenance it will take care of you by running for some time. Master craft is known for making a good product or else they wouldn't be able to keep putting boats out on the market for the prices they do. All your boat engine really needs yearly is an oil change and a routine check to make sure your throttle cables working the right way, your speedos work, bilge pump works, ballasts if you have them work. On some of the older boats you had to worry about tuning them according to where you were because they were carborated, but all the new boats are fuel injected so your all good in that aspect. Anyway hope this was helpful and that you get out on the water via either this boat or another one!

  2. if your a real captain ride it till it sinks
