Is 3450 RPMs enough for a go kart

I have a motor that say it gives 3450 RPMs. Is that good and how fast would i go?

Depends on HP for the speed you will go>at least 6hp>The racing 1s turn 9000>

i am assuming it's an electric motor and it all depends on hp as most elect motors have about the same rpm  1750  or 3450 but if it's only 1/4 hp you have enough power to go anywhere.
