Is 'Do let me know what you think of this' a question? SHould there be a question mark at the end of the line?

  1. Not a question. Do is an emphasis on the action being requested.

  3. nope. it is an imperative sentence meaning it tells you to do something.

  4. Not a question.  If it said "CAN you let me know..." it would be a question.

    "Do let me know" or even just, "Let me know", is an order, an imperative.
