You know, these are marketing tools to get your money out of your pocket. They are not unhealthy they do have some vitamins but it is only a trace amount. You would really be better off taking a multivitamin and drinking water. Just water is good for you. Also be careful to stay away from drinks with the ingredient "taurine" like in Red Bull. This is bad.

No. These scams are nothing more than sugar water with a few vitamins as a special effect.

The empty calories are pure evil, and even the vitamins will do absolutely no good for anyone who is remotely healthy.

I'm not sure about Life Water but I heard on the news that Vitamin Water has the same calories as a soda. So you should check it before you drink it.

I don't know much about life water but Vitamin Water (owned by the horrible Coca Cola company) is nothing more than corn syrup water with vitamins and flavors. It contains no fruit juice. They market it as a good healthy drink but it has about the same amount of sugar as a regular soda might have. You are better off drinking fruit juices especially Açaí (ah-sigh-ee) which is high in antioxidants (I have heard 30x that of red wine) protein and healthy Omega fats as well as some dietary fiber too boot.

Life water is good, it is vapor distilled water and very good.

Vitamin water on the other hand is not as good, although it's not as bad as pepsi or coke it mainly ticks people off because it pretends to be ultra healthy. Bothare better than Soda or whatever but vitamin water is a gimmic...

I still drink it though...
