Is 'The Apprentice' still on?

I watched the first season of 'The Apprentice' in my high school marketing class and LOVED it. Does anybody know if it's still on NBC? I heard the latter seasons weren't as good, but it would still be cool to watch a show that taught you a little about business, yet was entertaining at the same time

The Celebrity Apprentice 2 (also known as The Apprentice 8) has been picked up by NBC for a premiere in January 2009.[1]
