Is 'blanket weed' treatment harmful?

A week after using Algofin for blanketweed in the pond, all the sticklebacks died, some with a grey coating on them, and the smaller koi are beginning to stay at the surface:. the pond is properly pumped and filtered.Ive used the stated amount for the vol. of water

  1. you should read the chemical content for that maybe its not for fish pond.
