It means you were interested in what you saw in the second look.  This can be good or bad, but it's worthy of another look.

In the James Bond book 'Goldfinger' Bond is anxious to get to know Auric Goldfinger's plans re gold smuggling. He therefore contrives 'accidental ' meetings with Goldfinger lastly on a golf course. Eventually Goldfinger has him kidnapped and explains to Bond why he became suspicious of the spy's intentions. As he says "Meeting once is happenstance, meeting twice is co-incidence, but meeting three times is definitely enemy action.'

This analogy could be placed in your scenario. However with a look I would imagine that the third one is a show of interest.
