He therefore contrives 'accidental ' meetings with Goldfinger lastly on a golf course. Eventually Goldfinger has him kidnapped and explains to Bond why he became suspicious of the spy's intentions. As he says "Meeting once is happenstance, meeting twice is co-incidence, but meeting three times is definitely enemy action.'

    This analogy could be placed in your scenario. However with a look I would imagine that the third one is a show of interest.
