  1. No, just a way for employers to avoid paying decent wages to their staff.


  2. No. A tip is when you pay someone for doing their job well (a quick and polite waiter, for example), and a bribe is when you pay someone to "cut edges" on their job (like paying a city hall official for turning a blind eye to your building violations or whatever).

    As a rule, tips are given in the private sector, and bribes in the public sector.  

  3. I don't see it so in fact another way to say Thank You only difference a little cash is involve.
