Is $4,000 a good deal for a 2000 toyota camry with 116k miles?

it's at a dealership and im wondering if that's a good deal, and im also looking at a 2003 pontiac grand prix at a dealership for $5,995 with 18 k miles..what deal is better?

  1. Toyota Camry. They last forever. Pontiac Grand Prix will probably have so many problems so go with the safe choice and get the Camry. If you care for your camry it will go for about 300k miles

Ok toyotas are very good cars specialy the 2000 camry's but so is the pontiac grand prix in 2003.  Both are very reliable and both get very good gas mileage.  Also grand prix is cheaper to fix if you do have problems so I'd say the pontiac grand prix rules out.  With only 18k miles that is a steal.  Though of course I can't truly say that without seeing the car because there could be something wrong with either one of them or both of them.  You'll probably end up keeping the grand prix for much longer and also you'll spend money on the Camry before you will on the grand prix.  so GRAND PRIX.

  3. Take the Camry...its worth more then that 2003 Pontiac, regardless of the miles,...you wont be disappointed, you get a good car, at a good price.....Its a big gas saver....
