Well, if it is your time you went from 4:45 to 4:03 very fast.   I guess you know it is good.   It would win the state meet in most states easily.    Why are you asking this when you just asked about 4:45?   Are you dreaming?

4:03 in the mile is NCAA Div. 1 quality for men.

A 4:03 would have won the NCAA D1 Indoor Track Championships.  So yes, a 4:03 is a very good time that would have one contending with some of the best collegate runners in the country, yet, there are still professionals such as Allan Webb who ran 3:53 in high school.

Yes, that is very good. Most people I know only run it in 5 or more minutes.
