  1. Yes 420 degrees is the same as 60 degrees. Since 420 degrees is just 1 complete rotation(360 degrees) + 60 degrees. In Mathematics, they are called Co-Terminal Angles. The trigonometric ratio of all co-terminal angles are equal. =)


  2. In the sense of a circle, here is no angle that is 420 degrees.... Going counter clockwise as the positive direction, 420 degrees would retrace the circle up to 60 degrees from the starting point.
