Is 45000 a good offer?

I made the insurance co. an offer of 45000, It took them 30 days to say yes, is this offer to low? from neck surgery on the job, with a fusion 1 disc. I was released to go back to work with a permanent weight restriction of 30lbs. and resignation for settlement

If that is what you considered fair, then it is not too low.  I don't know what your earning potential was/is and how this injury has impacted it.  If you hear that is was too low, will you kick yourself?  Don't worry about it.  What is fair to you is what really matters.
