Is 5'8 and 160 pounds normal?

is that normal? i'm 16.

i know that my BMI is within normal range, but i feel like i weigh more than i should.

  1. Yes, it's a normal weight as long as your body fat percentage is below 20 for a woman. If your body fat is only 15-17%, then you must be in a good shape and you should feel no worry about your weight.


  2. Well if thats you in that picture yes its normal :).  You definetly are in the normal range.  

  3. For asia, normal range is 18.5 to 23+

    For the west, normal BMI is 18.5 to 25.

    If u want to be slim and model-like, 18.5 to 20.5 is the most ideal way of staying healthy =)

  7. Yah, especially if you are muscular. If you feel a bit flabby, then try to replace some of the fat with muscle. Even if you don't lose much weight you will look fitter and leaner.

  10. thats perfect and healthy you dont need to lose anything. if you want just tone up gain muscle and lose fat but you really dont sound like you need to. i know what you mean though i am in normal range but still feel a bit heavy somedays...i think its just we always look badl on our bodies lol..but your fine, dont worry
