  2. the answer is yes.this happens because 5BU can substitute U at the time of replication of DNA.but intrestingly,the keto form of 5BU binds with A,but the enol form binds with C.tautomerism goes on n if at the time of replication,5BU is in the enol form it binds to C.therefore after sm reps A:T changes to C:G.thus mutation is caused.
