Is 5 foot 5 short in America?...

Whenever an American would visit my island they are 6 foot 5... I saw this 13 year old that was 6 feet tall.... What is the average height in america?..

5 f. 5 is OK for a woman. For a guy it is rather short. But 6f.5 is very tall, not average. Anything above 6 f. is tall. Average for a guy is 5f. 7 to 5f.8 I guess.

I would say that 5'5 to 6 feet is just about the average.  The people that  visited you must have been basketball players.

Wow, most people in my school are average between 4'11 to 5'7.
